One of the most beloved desserts in the United States, chocolatey and fragrant treats… Of course, I’m talking about brownies, soft squares filled with chocolate chips.
How many times, while walking through the cities, do we see shop windows full of these delicious treats with a crusty surface, and unable to resist the temptation, you must enter, sit down, and enjoy them?
I love this dessert so much, which is why I managed to create my own personal recipe; I won’t deny that it wasn’t easy at all, but after many attempts, I managed to achieve the consistency of real American brownies.
Naturally, like any traditional recipe, there are many versions with small modifications: swirled with cream, white chocolate, Nutella, and cheesecake versions. The recipe I’m offering today is really very simple and can be prepared in just a few minutes. Just melt the chocolate with butter and separately whip the eggs with sugar using a simple whisk. Work everything well and then pour it into a baking pan.
Let’s see how to prepare them together.
