  • 5 oz crackers
  • 7 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup ricotta
  • 2 tbsp parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1.75 oz cooked ham

  • Prepare the creamy heart:

    In a bowl, combine cream cheese with finely chopped cooked ham. Form small balls (you can use a wet teaspoon) then place them in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  • Crunchy base:
    Blend the crackers and mix them with the melted butter.
    Distribute the mixture in muffin molds or pastry rings, pressing well.
    Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

  • Prepare the main cream
    In a bowl, mix Philadelphia, ricotta, parmesan, a pinch of salt and pepper, and chives.
    Work the mixture until you get a smooth cream.

  • Assembly
    Put a thin layer of base cream over each cracker base.
    Insert a ball of cooked ham cream in the center.
    Cover with more neutral cream and level well.
