for 6 cakes
- 5 oz crackers
- 7 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 0.5 cup ricotta
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- salt
- pepper
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1.75 oz cooked ham

Prepare the creamy heart:
In a bowl, combine cream cheese with finely chopped cooked ham. Form small balls (you can use a wet teaspoon) then place them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Crunchy base:
Blend the crackers and mix them with the melted butter.
Distribute the mixture in muffin molds or pastry rings, pressing well.
Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.Prepare the main cream
In a bowl, mix Philadelphia, ricotta, parmesan, a pinch of salt and pepper, and chives.
Work the mixture until you get a smooth cream.Assembly
Put a thin layer of base cream over each cracker base.
Insert a ball of cooked ham cream in the center.
Cover with more neutral cream and level well.Enjoy your meal!
