Sausage, Peppers, and Potatoes, baked, air-fried, and even quickly made in a combination microwave, is good and economical.
It’s a typical Italian family dish.
With a single pan, you get both a main and a side dish, and with the help of potatoes, we create a complete meal.
Fragrant and tasty, Sausage, Peppers, and Potatoes baked satisfies everyone, and you can make this dish with pork sausage or with chicken or turkey sausage.
I prepared this recipe with typical Sicilian sausage, which is thin; you can find how I make it at home by clicking here.
But if the sausage in your area is thicker, don’t worry; just pierce it with a fork and cut the vegetables a bit larger.
