- 3 1/2 tbsp seed oil
- 2/3 cup milk
- 7 oz Nutella®
- 3 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 1/2 oz Smarties
- as needed Nutella®
- 3/4 oz colored sprinkles

How to Make Harlequin Cake with Nutella
Start by beating the eggs with sugar using a mixer in a large bowl, then add the Nutella and mix with the electric whisks.
Next, pour in the milk and oil, stirring continuously. Finally, incorporate the sifted flours and the baking powder and mix well.
Pour everything into a 9-9.5 inch greased and floured mold, or alternatively line it with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven with static mode at 356°F for 35-40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on a rack, then proceed by spreading the slightly softened Nutella in the microwave on the surface and then decorate with colored sprinkles.
Slice and enjoy warm!
