Today, I am sharing the recipe for oven-baked gratin radicchio, a typical winter side dish.
Red radicchio is a vegetable that is easily found at any time of the year, although the best period to consume it is from October to spring. It is light and low in calories but provides a pleasant sense of satiety. It can be cooked in many ways, although I prefer to bake it in the oven. This way, its bitter taste is softened by other ingredients like Parmesan and breadcrumbs, making it enjoyable even for the most reluctant. In short, I present to you a unique dish that you can pair with any type of main course.
In my blog, besides the oven-baked gratin radicchio, you will also find radicchio pesto, a perfect combination of ingredients with a succulent flavor, which will make your dishes unique.
