Ingredients for the No-bake Cakes with Cocoa Pavesini, Nutella, and Coconut:
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 package pavesini (cocoa)
- 3.5 oz Nutella®
- as needed milk
Steps

Prepare the coconut cream:
Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the shredded coconut with a spatula to obtain a soft cream.
Quickly dip the pavesini in milk, being careful not to soak them too much.
Assemble the cakes:
Place a layer of pavesini at the bottom of the containers. Add a layer of coconut cream. In the center, put a teaspoon of Nutella. Cover with a bit more coconut cream. Finish with pavesini.
Place the cakes in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
