Yogurt Cookies: light, soft, and delicious

Yogurt cookies: light, soft, and delicious. Simple and quick cookies to prepare: perfect for breakfast and snack time. Perfect for any occasion.

Yogurt is the main ingredient in this recipe. Besides being a healthy food, yogurt is a perfect component for desserts, as it makes the dough soft and gives the cookies a delicate texture. Moreover, its slight acidity helps balance the sweetness of the cookies, making them perfect. I used plain yogurt, but you can use whatever you prefer.

Preparing yogurt cookies is very simple: just mix yogurt, butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, and a bit of liqueur by hand. To add a touch of originality to the recipe, I used anise liqueur, but you can choose the liqueur you prefer.

Once the dough is prepared, form small balls, roll them in granulated sugar, and bake the cookies for just 10 minutes. The result will be fragrant, aromatic, and irresistible cookies. As I mentioned, they are perfect for breakfast and snack time to accompany tea.

Let’s see right away how to prepare yogurt cookies: light, soft, and delicious.
