Savory Madeleines with Olives and Ham

And for the series “turning sweets into savory,” today we prepare savory madeleines with olives and ham, an intriguing variant of the classic sweet madeleines, ideal for appetizers, starters or buffets.

Easy and quick to make, these small savory delights are perfect for surprising guests with a simple yet impressive recipe.

These little bites, with their typical shell shape, turn into a savory version thanks to the addition of ingredients like olives, cooked ham, and mozzarella.

You can enjoy them either hot or cold. I prefer to warm them up for a few minutes in an air fryer.

Make double because they will be a hit!
