In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa. Add the sugar and mix the ingredients.
After thoroughly mixing the ingredients, pour in the milk and combine the mixture with a spoon.
When the mixture is well combined, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into the cupcake liners and place them in a muffin tin, bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20/25 minutes. Remember that baking time and temperature are indicative, so adjust according to your oven.
Once ready, let them cool on a rack and whip the cream until stiff, then transfer it to a piping bag.
With the piping bag, create the snowman’s body, using a small spatula to shape it if needed. Once ready, sprinkle the shredded coconut on top to create the snow effect. Then take the marshmallows and use melted chocolate to create the eyes and mouth. Finally, with a little gel food coloring, make the nose, let it dry, and then gently place the marshmallow on the whipped cream.
