  • With the Thermomix
    1. Preheat the oven to 320°F. Grease and flour the pan.
    2. Put the eggs and sugar in the bowl and whisk for 1 minute at speed 10.
    3. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, plant-based milk, and oil. Mix for 1 minute at speed 4.
    4. Remove about 25 oz of batter and set aside, or transfer to a piping bag.
    5. Add the cocoa to the remaining batter and mix for 15 seconds at turbo speed.
    6. Start pouring the two batters (light and dark) alternately, starting from the center of the pan.
    7. Bake for 60 minutes, using a toothpick to check before removing from the oven.

    1. Preheat the oven to 320°F and prepare the pan as described.
    2. Beat the eggs with the sugar using a whisk or electric beaters until you get a frothy mixture.
    3. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, plant-based milk, and oil, mixing well until you get a smooth batter.
    4. Separate about 25 oz of batter and add cocoa to the rest.
    5. Alternate the two batters (light and dark) in the pan, starting from the center.
    6. Bake for 60 minutes, always using the toothpick test.
