Purple cabbage chips in an air fryer, they look like potato chips because of their crunchiness, only a bit dark but I swear they’re delicious. I often use purple cabbage chips as an appetizer along with other types of vegetables, like savoy cabbage or kale, and I assure you the chips are extremely delicate and light. Besides being seasonal, purple cabbage lends itself to quick cooking and is also extraordinary when consumed raw.
