After pre-cooking and squeezing the spinach, put them back in the container and add a few knobs of butter. Heat for 4 minutes at 600 watts, then add grated cheese, mix, and serve.
After pre-cooking and squeezing the spinach, prepare a clove of minced garlic, spread it in a microwave heating tray (Crisp), add 2 tablespoons of oil and brown for 1 and a half minutes with the microwave + grill combination function (Crisp). Add the spinach and mix. Spread on top 4 oz of mozzarella cut into cubes, a tablespoon of grated cheese, and cook with the same function for 4 minutes. Serve them hot and gooey.

FAQ (Questions and Answers)
Is microwave spinach harmful?
Fresh spinach is rich in nitrates, during cooking they can turn into nitrites. It would be better to cook them by immersing in water, so that they can disperse. Eating them once in a while is harmless, but caution should be taken if consumed excessively. Meanwhile, the processing of frozen spinach makes them safer.
