Today I made salmon with potatoes. I love smoked salmon, and today I tried it with potatoes. Delicious, perfect as a side dish or appetizer, in my opinion, a quick dish that can also be prepared the day before. For the seasoning, I used raw garlic and parsley because I really like the taste and smell of garlic. But you can easily use powdered garlic or any spices you like. You might also be interested in;

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz smoked salmon
- 2.2 lbs potatoes, peeled, cooked, boiled
- to taste minced garlic and parsley
- to taste salt
- to taste olive oil
Tools
- Bowl
- Cutting Board
- Knife
Steps
The first thing to do is boil the potatoes in water and salt for about 20 minutes, pierce them with a fork, and when ready, the fork will come out without any problem. If the potato sticks to the fork, it means it still needs cooking. Peel them and let them cool.
Meanwhile, cut the salmon into pieces.
Transfer the salmon and diced potatoes into a bowl and add olive oil, minced garlic, and parsley. Adjust salt if necessary.
Mix, let it marinate for a few hours, and serve.
