Quick Surimi Salad, Perfect as an Appetizer

Every now and then I like to eat surimi, and today I prepared an appetizer that my family loves. The surimi salad is perfect to serve as an appetizer, but also as a salad for a quick lunch. I add contrasts to the sweetness of the surimi like sweet and sour onions, but you can add whatever you like. You might also be interested in;

Ingredients

  • 18 oz surimi
  • 1 package pickled onions
  • 5.6 oz tuna in water
  • A few stalks celery
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste salt

Steps

  • Let the surimi thaw so they are easy to cut. Slice them into pieces in a bowl.

  • Wash the celery and cut it into fairly small pieces, then add it to the surimi together with the onions drained of vinegar and the tuna.

  • Mix everything well, adding olive oil and salt. Seal tightly and let it rest in the fridge until serving.
