Preparation of Pan-Roasted Tomatoes, Super Easy to Make!
Wash the tomatoes well and remove the stem where present, cut them in half (I prefer to cut them lengthwise) and arrange them in the pan with the cut side up.
Make cross cuts on the surface (do not cut deeply), lightly salt, and also add chopped garlic and parsley on top.
Pour the required water into the pan, cover with the lid, and cook on medium-low heat for 25 minutes.
Once the tomatoes are cooked, turn off the heat, dress with oil, and serve! Great both hot and cold!
