Sole with Almonds

As easy as it is tasty, the recipe for sole with almonds, can be prepared in just a few minutes!

With few calories and the ability to cook in an air fryer, to prepare the sole with almonds, we need very few ingredients: peeled almonds, breadcrumbs, and an egg! It couldn’t be easier than that!!

Ingredients

  • 4 soles
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • to taste sliced almonds
  • 1 egg
  • pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil

Steps

Have your trusted fishmonger clean the soles

  • – Pour the breadcrumbs, sliced almonds, and oil into a dish; add pepper and mix the ingredients together.

    Beat the whole egg in a dish and then pass the soles first through the egg and then “bread” them, exerting a little pressure.

  • – Line the oven tray with parchment paper, lightly grease it, and place the soles on it.

    – Cook for 12/15 minutes in a preheated oven at 356°F
