Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 Tropea red onion
- 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 3.5 oz tuna in oil (drained)
- 1/2 spray extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste dried oregano

Steps
Preheat the oven to 365°F.
Unroll the puff pastry and place it with its paper on a baking tray. Prick the base with a fork and fold the edges inward.
Peel the Tropea red onion, slice it, and distribute it on the pastry base.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them into quarters, and place them on the pastry with the onion.
Crumble the drained tuna and add it to the other ingredients.
Add salt, sprinkle the oregano and spray some extra virgin olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Enjoy your meal.

Store covered by a cake dome.
