- 3.5 oz ham
- 7 oz mushrooms

First, heat the mozzarella in the microwave for a few minutes then spread it on plastic wrap to form the roll base. In a bowl, put the drained peas, a little oil, salt, and blend with an immersion blender until you get a cream. Spread the obtained cream over the mozzarella base.
Add the slices of ham, mushrooms, and roll as tightly as possible. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for a few hours.
