Ingredients
- 9 oz of square Spaghetti "La Molisana"
- 10.5 oz of frozen peeled shrimp
- 7 oz of Tropea red onion
- 10.5 oz of yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1 glass of white wine
- A few basil leaves
- to taste of salt
- to taste of white pepper
- to taste of extra virgin olive oil
Steps
Let’s start by cleaning and slicing the onion, separating the rings as much as possible.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
In the pan, pour some extra virgin olive oil and the onion, let it gently soften.
Add the chopped cherry tomatoes, let them cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Add the thawed and washed shrimp.
Pour the glass of white wine
Season with salt and white pepper.
Add the basil and let it cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
When the pasta is cooked, pour it into the sauce pan and mix.
