- 3.5 oz mascarpone
- 3.5 oz chocolates (Lindt)
- 1.75 oz puffed rice

First, melt the chocolates and mix them with mascarpone. Add the cream little by little and whip with a beater until you get a creamy and homogeneous texture.
Put some puffed rice at the bottom of the mold (preferably silicone, otherwise use plastic wrap to facilitate extraction after freezing). Add about half of the cream, a few chocolates,
some more puffed rice and cover with the remaining cream. Level with a spatula, cover, and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours or better until the next day!
