The Pavesini with coconut and Nutella are a treat that my family often asks me to make, a great snack to serve in the early afternoon.

Surely you know them, and you also know the various versions that exist on the web.

I created this dessert in the simplest way possible, in fact, my daughter often prepares them, this can surely be a wonderful idea to spend time with children and make them love cooking. Ideal also because it does not require the use of the oven as it is no-bake, so it is particularly suitable to be prepared in summer.

  • 5 oz Nutella®
  • 2/3 cup milk (cold)
  • 1 cup grated coconut

  • To prepare this simple recipe, just prepare the ingredients on the plates, and you’re done!

    So let’s start by opening the Pavesini packages, each pack contains 11 Pavesini, we used 4 packs to make 22 treats.

    Each cookie will be lightly dipped in cold milk, never use lukewarm milk (or other lukewarm liquids) because it would surely ruin the cookie.

    Dip each one immediately in the coconut and set them aside on a plate.

    Once you’re done with all the cookies, using a teaspoon, spread the Nutella over the entire surface of half of the cookies, as the other half will be used to cover the hazelnut cream.
