Ingredients for the Tiramisu Cakes – Delicious Single Servings Without Baking:
6 cakes
- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- vanilla
- 2 packages Pavesini
- 2/3 cup coffee
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

🍃 Preparation
Prepare the cream
Whip the well-chilled cream. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone with the sugar and vanilla.Gently fold the whipped cream into the mixture until you get a fluffy consistency.
Prepare the coffee
Make the coffee and let it cool. If you wish, add a bit of liqueur.
Assemble the cakes
Use silicone muffin molds or metal dessert rings. Quickly dip the Pavesini in the coffee and arrange them on the bottom and sides of the molds. Add a layer of mascarpone cream,then another layer of dipped Pavesini and more cream. Cover with plastic wrap.
Cool
Place in the refrigerator for a few hours (or in the freezer for 30 minutes if you’re in a hurry).
Serve and decorate
Unmold the cakes, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa, and serve cold. You can decorate them with a sprinkle of chocolate chips, a strawberry, or a mint leaf.Enjoy your meal!

🔶For a lighter version, replace mascarpone with Greek yogurt.
