- 3.5 oz provola cheese

How to Make Puff Pastry Baskets with Potatoes and Salami
To prepare the puff pastry baskets with potatoes and salami, unroll the puff pastry, then use a pastry cutter to cut out six circles, and with the remaining puff pastry, knead it again and cut out another six. (You should end up with 12 pieces in total).
At this point, place them in slightly oiled muffin molds, and use a fork to prick the surface.
Fill with boiled potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, and oil, then add a slice of salami and a couple of pieces of melting cheese.
Bake them using the static mode of the oven at 375°F for about 20 minutes.

You can prepare your puff pastry baskets a couple of hours in advance, and bake or reheat them when ready. Freezing is not recommended.
