You just need to mix the ingredients in a bowl with an electric mixer, and in just a few minutes the cake will be ready to bake.

Once baked, the bundt cake should be decorated with a delicious chocolate glaze. To make it even more delicious, you can add chocolate chips, colored sprinkles, chopped almonds or hazelnuts.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 7 oz dark chocolate

How to Make the Glazed Chocolate Bundt Cake

  • In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer or with a spoon.

  • Add the milk and oil. Mix.

  • Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful not to form lumps.

  • Also add and incorporate the chocolate chips and the two tablespoons of milk.

  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured 8-inch pan. Bake in a preheated, static oven at 356 degrees Fahrenheit. Let it bake for about 30 minutes. Please check the baking time based on your oven.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. Place the cream in a small saucepan. Move to the stove and heat it. The cream must be hot, but it should not boil.

  • Turn off the stove and add the butter and chopped dark chocolate. Stir until both the butter and chocolate are completely melted.

  • Place the glaze in a pastry bag and use it to cover the bundt cake. Decorate as desired with colored sprinkles, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts.
