It can be cooked in the oven, on the stove, in my case I used the pizza oven.

Ingredients
- 2 piadinas
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 3 oz cooked ham
- 5 slices sliced cured meat
- to taste salt
- to taste oregano
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
Steps
In a bowl, pour the tomato sauce and season it with salt, oil, and oregano.
Place the piadina in the pan or on the oven tray, in my case I used the Gferrari pizza oven which I usually use for cooking pizzas.
I find it very convenient and recommend buying it.
Fill the piadina with the cooked ham.
Add half of the shredded mozzarella.
Cover with the second piadina.
Spread the tomato sauce on top
Finish with the remaining mozzarella and then place 5/6 slices of cured meat on top.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
In a pan, use a lid during cooking.
In the oven, bake at 428°F for 10 minutes.
