PESTO TWISTS Savory Snacks Ready in a Few Minutes

PESTO TWISTS, an incredibly tasty recipe to make in a few minutes, perfect snacks for a buffet or appetizer, simple and delicious, great baked or in an air fryer.

The pesto twists are perfect when you need something tasty to serve to friends but don’t want complicated recipes. I only had flour, water, oil, and a jar of Genoese pesto at home, and this idea of easy and quick savory snacks came to mind.

You prepare a simple dough of flour, water, and extra virgin olive oil, roll it out, spread the pesto over the entire surface, and then cut it into rectangles. At this point, you just need to twist them on themselves to get the real rustic pesto twists, ready to go into the oven or air fryer until they become crispy and golden.

The great thing is that you can serve them as a savory snack for an appetizer, quick savory snack, or even put them in the picnic basket. They are also perfect as a tasty appetizer for Ferragosto, Christmas, or any celebration.
