Watermelon Popsicle

The watermelon popsicle is a light recipe for those who crave something sweet, tasty, and especially refreshing.

The ideal recipe for those on a diet, but who want to indulge in a treat.

The watermelon popsicle is sugar-free and is made with only two ingredients: watermelon and plant-based drink.

I used rice and coconut drink to give it an exotic flavor, but you can use your preferred beverage.

A refreshing idea not only for those on a diet, but also for your children for a healthy summer snack because it’s just fruit.
