Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (or drumsticks)
- to taste roast seasoning
- A few sprays extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- to taste salt

- Parchment Paper
- Paper Towels
Steps
Wash the chicken thighs under running water and dry them with paper towels.
Place the chicken thighs in the removable basket or tray of the air fryer, preferably covered with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with roast seasoning, salt, and spray with extra virgin olive oil. Add a sprig of rosemary and cook at 375°F for 30/35 minutes.
Check the cooking by inserting a toothpick into the thickest part of the thighs. If the juices run clear, the chicken is cooked.
