Ingredients
- 14 oz zucchini
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste parsley

Steps
Wash the zucchini, remove the ends and slice them into rounds.
In a frying pan heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the whole garlic clove, slightly crushed, and let it brown for a few minutes, being careful not to burn it.
Add the zucchini and mix well so they absorb the flavors. Salt, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and cook over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still crisp.
Our pan-fried zucchini are ready. Before serving, remember to remove the garlic from the pan.
