Gingerbread Christmas Cookies

Gingerbread Christmas Cookies or Swedish Pepparkakor.

Recipe by hand and also with the Bimby.

These are typical Swedish almond-spiced cookies, with the scent of ginger, cinnamon, and cloves, creating a fantastic aroma that brings you into the magical holiday atmosphere.
A friend of mine from Warsaw introduced them to me after her trip to Sweden.
They are thin cookies that can be made in various shapes, but since they are a typical holiday product, here are stars, but you can also make them in other shapes.
They are an excellent accompaniment to the famous 5 o’clock tea.
In Northern Italy, however, they are served with long coffee.
Gingerbread Christmas Cookies or Swedish Pepparkakor also make a delightful and delicious gift to give and receive for the holidays.
They are gluten-free, lactose-free, and egg-free, making them a delightful and delicious gift to give and receive for the holidays.
