Ingredients

  • 7 oz egg lasagna (very thin)
  • 9 oz mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup béchamel
  • 10.5 oz ground veal
  • 1.5 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • to taste celery
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 carrot (small)
  • to taste white wine
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt

How to Make Delicious Mini Lasagna

  • Chop celery, carrot, and onion, then sauté in a pot.

  • Add the ground meat and brown for 5-6 minutes on high heat.

  • Pour in the wine and let it evaporate.

  • Pour in the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking for 30 minutes.

  • Place a first layer of pasta cut to size in your molds, then a tablespoon of the previously prepared meat sauce. Add mozzarella cubes and béchamel.

  • Repeat the layering and finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.

  • Cover with a second layer of lasagna pasta placed over the first.

  • Cook the mini lasagnas at 356°F for about 15-20 minutes, remove from the oven and serve hot!
