Ingredients
- 7 oz egg lasagna (very thin)
- 9 oz mozzarella
- 1/2 cup béchamel
- 10.5 oz ground veal
- 1.5 cups tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- to taste celery
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot (small)
- to taste white wine
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt

How to Make Delicious Mini Lasagna
Chop celery, carrot, and onion, then sauté in a pot.
Add the ground meat and brown for 5-6 minutes on high heat.
Pour in the wine and let it evaporate.
Pour in the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
Place a first layer of pasta cut to size in your molds, then a tablespoon of the previously prepared meat sauce. Add mozzarella cubes and béchamel.
Repeat the layering and finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
Cover with a second layer of lasagna pasta placed over the first.
Cook the mini lasagnas at 356°F for about 15-20 minutes, remove from the oven and serve hot!
