Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour (your choice)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1 pinch salt
- Half packet instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1.5 oz parmesan
- 3/4 oz grated parmesan
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- mixed salad greens
Steps
Prepare the dough, pour the flour with the yeast and salt into a bowl, add the egg, the water and mix well, if the dough is too soft add some more flour.
Roll out the dough on the work surface and cut it with a 2.5-3 inch cutter, place them in an oiled and heated pan and cook, turning them with the lid closed.
They will cook in a few minutes, then cut the cherry tomatoes into pieces and stuff the flatbreads, add the salad and parmesan and serve.
