The Soft Yogurt Brioche Bread without Eggs with Sourdough was a discovery for me, as soft as a cloud with a neutral flavor and 1000 possible combinations of flavor. Today I made the Yogurt Brioche Bread Danubio with Chocolate Chips. Delicious and delicate, perfect for breakfast or a snack. I love brioche bread, the aroma that fills the house is invaluable. On the blog, you can also find the basic recipe for Light Brioche Bread (without eggs, butter, and milk) and the Basic Sweet Brioche Dough, both are delicious, you’ll have to try them all.
