Quick Croissants with Ham and Cheese

The Quick Croissants with Ham and Cheese are perfect to serve as appetizers and buffet snacks, easy to prepare and so tasty that they are loved by both adults and children. If during these holidays you need to prepare an appetizer but have little time, and you still want to make a good impression, make them because they are truly delicious! If you don’t like the ready-made focaccia dough, you can use the famous puff pastry. Likewise, you can replace the cooked ham with salmon and change the cheese to your liking. For a vegetarian version, I recommend a filling of grated zucchini sautéed in a pan with a pinch of salt and Philadelphia cheese.
