Today we present to you an inviting and truly tasty finger food. We’re talking about Chickpea Pizza and Parmesan Crackers.
These are fantastic snacks for an appetizer full of flavor. You can serve them with many appetizers instead of bread or use the same crackers as a base to create delicious snacks.
Alternatively, you can enjoy these finger foods as fantastic hunger busters.
They are very easy to prepare: the dough is made in one step by mixing and kneading the ingredients.
You just have to prepare the dough in a bowl, without a mixer and without yeast, let it rest for half an hour, and it will be ready to roll out, cut, and bake.
The next step is to roll out the uniform mixture on parchment paper to have a sheet that is not too thick or too thin.
Keep in mind that the thinner the mixture, the crunchier the crackers will be.
This version is enriched with tomato paste and oregano, making the dough even more delicious, with a rustic and bold flavor, but nothing prevents you from getting creative and trying to make them with poppy seeds or different types of flour, like spelt or kamut.
They are perfect for serving both adults and children.
These snacks will win you over from the first bite with their tasty flavor and ability to satisfy hunger pangs.
With just a few ingredients, all at low and very low cost, you’ll be able to create finger foods that are finger-licking good in just a few minutes!
Chickpea crackers with tomato and Parmesan can be cooked in a traditional oven, either static or ventilated, or in an air fryer: all three methods are described in the recipe.
