Steps

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add the salt, oregano, and mix, then add the water and diced bacon, and knead well.

  • Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough, create a rectangle, and cut it into strips about 1-1.5 inches or as you prefer.

  • Place them in the fryer basket, oil them, and cook at 347°F for 5 minutes, turn them over, and cook for another couple of minutes.
