PEAR AND CHOCOLATE DESSERT

PEAR AND CHOCOLATE DESSERT, an easy and quick spoon dessert to serve after lunch or dinner, creamy and delicious, ready in 10 minutes.

I had two organic pears in the fridge begging for mercy and a piece of dark chocolate staring at me from the pantry… so I got the idea to prepare this Pear and Chocolate Dessert, super quick and indulgent.

It’s an elegant spoon dessert, ready in minutes, perfect if you have guests for dinner or simply want to indulge in something special. The blended pears become a velvety cream, the melted chocolate wraps around them creating a Pear and Chocolate Dessert with an autumn taste but perfect in any season.

The beauty of this recipe is that you can customize it: fresh cream for those who love it rich, plant-based cream for lactose-free diets, or just extra dark chocolate and pears for a lighter version.

The Pear and Chocolate Cream is also perfect as an elegant snack, perhaps served in small glasses with a sprinkle of cocoa or chopped hazelnuts on top. And if you want to make it lighter, you can use extra dark chocolate and plant-based cream, making it lactose-free as well.

Serve it in single-serve glasses with a dusting of cocoa or chopped hazelnuts: you’ll see them disappear in a flash.
