Warm Casarecce with Smoked Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes. A simple main dish and tasty, ideal for a quick lunch or a light dinner.
This recipe is perfect for those who want a different pasta dish without giving up summer ingredients.
The warm pasta is a great alternative to classic rice salads or pasta, and it’s perfect to take to the beach but also to the office for the lunch break.
To prepare this cold main dish, I used casarecce but you can replace them with any other type of short pasta of your choice.
