Nutella and Coconut Pavesini Truffles

in ,

Today, we’re making one of the easiest and quickest desserts there is! The Nutella and Coconut Pavesini Truffles—a no-bake delight ready in 10 minutes, perfect for a snack and as an after-meal dessert. My advice is to make plenty because they are irresistibly moreish 🙂

You can have your kids make them; they’ll surely enjoy it and spend quality time in the kitchen because cooking with kids is always a fun and stimulating experience.

Create a version with crushed dry biscuits using the same quantities.

Other ideas for kids: plan some time during the week to spend in the kitchen with them.

Steps Nutella and Coconut Pavesini Truffles

  • To make delicious Nutella and Coconut Pavesini Truffles, start by blending the Pavesini (you can use dry biscuits in the same quantity).

Pour the blended Pavesini into a large bowl, add the cooled melted butter and milk, and mix.

Now add the Nutella or hazelnut cream and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

  • Pour the mixture onto plastic wrap, cover, and place in the refrigerator to solidify for at least an hour.

Once ready, take the mixture and cut small pieces of about 15g (you should get about 30 balls).

Roll the pieces into balls using the palm of your hand.

On a plate, spread some grated coconut and roll the balls, place them all on a clean plate, and leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

  • Enjoy! One will lead to another!
