Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 120 g sugar
- 1.4 fl oz coffee
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- as needed Nutella®

- 1 Spoon
- 8 Cupcake Liners
- 1 Muffin Pan
How to Prepare Coffee Muffins with Nutella Heart
In a bowl, add the egg and the sugar. Mix with a spoon.
Add the coffee, oil, and milk. Mix with the spoon.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the spoon, being careful not to create lumps.
Place paper liners in a muffin pan. Fill the liners with the batter to about 3/4 full.
Add a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each muffin. Cover the Nutella with a little bit of batter. (The number of muffins you can make depends on the size of your pan).
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F and cook for about 20/25 minutes. Please check the baking time based on your oven.
Remove from oven, let cool, and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
