COLD COFFEE SWIRLS, easy and quick recipe, no-bake cold dessert to make in a short time, perfect when you’re craving a cold dessert but don’t have time (and especially the desire!) to turn on the oven.
Do you know those treats that look elaborate but can actually be prepared in 10 minutes without an oven? The cold coffee swirls are exactly like that: simple, creamy, and perfect to prepare at the last minute. Ideal for summer, when you don’t want to bake anything but still want a homemade dessert.
To make them, you just need some plain biscuits, even leftover breakfast ones (like Oro Saiwa or similar), whipped cream, and a coffee mousse that you can make in a bottle or with a mixer in 3 minutes flat. Blend, roll, cut, and off to the fridge!
The result? Creamy, fragrant, and delicious rolls that slice easily and melt in your mouth. Cold treats ideal for summer, perfect for a trip or to serve friends after dinner.
If you’re looking for: a quick summer dessert without the oven, an idea to recycle biscuits, a healthier homemade snack, a creamy coffee dessert to serve cold, you’ve just found the right recipe.
The taste resembles a mix between tiramisu and mousse, but in a swirl format and without raw eggs. You can customize them as you like: with chocolate, hazelnut crumbs, coconut, or mascarpone cream. But the basic version, with coffee mousse and cream, is already amazing.
