Ingredients
- 2.8 oz corn flakes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1 1/3 tbsp rum
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 3/4 tbsp water

How to Prepare Cookies with Corn Flakes and Cocoa
In a bowl, add the corn flakes, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder. Stir with a spoon.
Add the flour, oil, rum, and milk. Stir with a spoon.
Add the water and start mixing with your hands until you get a compact and non-sticky dough. (If necessary, add more flour).
Work the dough on a floured surface and form a roll.
With the help of a knife, cut the roll into slices. (10/12 pieces).
Take a piece and roll it between your hands. Form a ball and flatten it slightly. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Continue in this way until all the cookies are formed. Before baking, if desired, sprinkle the cookies with granulated sugar.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356 °F and let cook for about 15 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking times according to your oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
