Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz parmesan
  • 1.75 egg white
  • as needed mixed seeds
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (+ if necessary)

How to make Tasty and Quick Parmesan Balls

  • In a large bowl, mix the egg whites with the grated parmesan using a fork, kneading well until a well-combined dough forms.

  • Next, with the palms of your hands, form balls weighing about 0.35 oz each.

  • At this point, put the seeds in a small bowl and coat all the balls.

  • As the last step, transfer all the balls to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 355°F for about 15 minutes.

My advice is to consume the Tasty and Quick Parmesan Balls the same day. I do not recommend freezing them.
