Ingredients

  • 4 rounded eggplants
  • 3 slices bread
  • 7 oz mixed minced meat
  • 1 tbsp salted capers
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 tbsps black olives
  • 50 tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 7 oz provola cheese

Steps

  • Brown the garlic, add the meat and let it cook a bit, then add the olives, capers, and pine nuts.

  • Soak the bread, then add it to the meat, also add the tomato paste.
