Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 3/8 cup water
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (for filling)
Tools
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Mixer
- 1 Bundt Pan
- 1 Spatula
How to prepare the ring cake with cream cheese and chocolate chips
Inside a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the cream cheese and mix with the electric mixer.
Add the oil and water. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful not to create lumps.
Finally, add the chocolate chips. Incorporate them with a spatula.
Pour half of the batter into a 9.5-inch bundt pan that has been previously buttered and floured. My pan doesn’t need to be buttered or floured. If you want to take a look, you can find it in the list of tools.
Add another 1/3 cup of chocolate chips and cover with the remaining batter.
Bake in a hot, static oven at 350°F. Let it cook for about 35/40 minutes. Be sure to always do the toothpick test to check for doneness.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve yourself.
