Strawberry and White Chocolate Tiramisu
Start by preparing the white chocolate cream read the recipe
Coarsely chop the white chocolate and place it in a glass bowl. Add the liquid cream and melt the chocolate in the microwave at low power, otherwise a bain-marie is also fine. Once melted, let it cool slightly, stirring occasionally.
After the mixture has cooled, add the mascarpone and whip with the electric whisk for a couple of minutes. In the end, you should have a smooth and velvety cream.
Be careful not to create lumps in this step, add the mascarpone only after the chocolate has cooled, otherwise the cream will break and you will have to make it again.
To soak the ladyfingers, I used milk, but you can also do it with strawberry syrup. Just blend 5/6 strawberries with 50 ml of water until you get a liquid syrup. When you have everything ready, start assembling the tiramisu:
Place the milk or strawberry syrup in a large bowl; Dip the ladyfingers, first on one side and then on the opposite side. Make the first layer on the bottom of the baking dish to create your base.
Continue with a well-leveled layer of cream, then arrange sliced strawberries on top. Continue with another layer of cream and repeat the steps with ladyfingers and strawberries until finished.
Finish with a decoration of fresh strawberries and chocolate chips, place in the fridge to rest for at least 2/3 hours. Serve cold and enjoy your treat!
