Savory cake pops with only three ingredients to prepare a small finger food for any occasion, and every occasion is a good time to party, enjoy company, drink, and eat together. Conviviality is the right word, and food is the perfect glue. Having a vegetarian friend for lunch, I always gladly prepare a single and simple meal for everyone. So I thought for my appetizer, a bit fancy and practical, I’d go with the idea of a finger food to enjoy while standing and sipping some good wine while I prepare. I thought of savory cake pops. Delicious!

I’ve never prepared a quicker finger food, have you? If you like, feel free to answer in the comments or reviews. I’d appreciate it.
I chopped the red cabbage into very thin slices after washing and drying it thoroughly. I did the same with the parsley.
I unwrapped the cream cheese, put it in the bowl along with the parsley and the red cabbage. I mixed the three ingredients well and formed small, round savory cake pops with damp hands. I topped each cake pop with a savory stick and a chive sprig for decoration.
