This recipe is really easy and quick to prepare. You’ll need very few ingredients, but most importantly, this dish doesn’t require a lot of seasoning. In fact, thanks to the feta which is very tasty, you won’t need to add much salt. This dish is a great alternative to the classic Rice Salad or Pasta Salad.

Ingredients
- 12 oz pearled farro, cooked, boiled
- 3 oz sweet corn
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3.5 oz feta
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt

Steps
Preparing this recipe is really easy.
Wash the bell pepper and with the help of a knife and cutting board, remove the seeds and filaments. Cut it into very small pieces and place it in a bowl.
Drain the corn, rinse it under running water, and add it to the peppers.
Cut the feta into small pieces and add it to the peppers and corn.
At this point, add the cooked farro to the bowl along with the other ingredients. Season with salt and extra virgin olive oil and mix to blend all the flavors.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for minutes.
Enjoy your meal.
