Ingredients
- 7 oz ladyfingers
- 9 oz mascarpone
- 1 coffee (espresso – about 1 oz)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps
Place the ladyfingers in a food processor and grind until you obtain a fine powder.
Put them in a bowl and add the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and the COLD coffee.
Knead with your hands until all ingredients are combined.
Form walnut-sized balls (you will get about 20) and place them in the fridge to rest for 10 minutes.
Take the balls from the fridge and roll them quickly in unsweetened cocoa. Simply rotate the plate, and they will become covered in cocoa without getting your hands dirty.
Arrange your tiramisu truffles on a serving plate and put them back in the fridge to rest for at least 30 minutes.
