Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 6 teaspoons Nutella®
  • to taste chocolate chips

How to Prepare Muffins with a Delicious Nutella Heart

  • In a bowl, add the egg and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer.

  • Add the milk and oil. Mix.

  • Finally, add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the electric mixer, being careful not to create lumps.

  • Take a muffin pan and place the paper liners inside. Add a tablespoon of batter to each liner.

  • Add a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each muffin and cover with the remaining batter.

  • Decorate with chocolate chips.

  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F and let them cook for about 20/25 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven by doing the toothpick test.

  • Remove from the oven, let cool, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
